Star Wars: Skeleton Crew Pirate Frigate

Pirate Frigate design for Star Wars: Skeleton Crew. One of the more finished illustrations from my time designing this ship with the Lucasfilm Art Department. The brief called for a vessel built around a massive ventral fin, which pushed the design into this bold silhouette. After several early explorations, production ultimately landed on this version. Still a pinch-me moment getting to design another ship for the Star Wars universe under the direction of Doug Chiang.
