Dune Spice Harvester Sketch

Side view sketch for a design variation of the spice crawler/harvester. This one moves away from the more overt insect like design into a harder edged aesthetic. Aiming for subtlety with the beetle influences, overlapping surfaces aim to reflect a beetle’s layered exterior carapace. This design still opts for the large mouth scoop that would dredge spice into its horizontally mounted centrifuge for separation and storage.
